At Dusty Camp Co., we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. 

Our free standard shipping option is untracked, meaning a tracking number is not provided and we’re unable to monitor the parcel once it has been dispatched.

Please keep in mind that once an order has been handed over to the postal service, Dusty Camp Co. cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered when standard untracked shipping has been selected. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for an order that is lost in transit when an untracked shipping option was chosen.

If you would prefer the added security and peace of mind of being able to follow your parcel, tracked shipping is available at an additional cost. We strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping for valuable, time-sensitive, or important orders.

By selecting our free standard shipping option, you acknowledge that the parcel will be sent without tracking and accept the associated risk of loss or non-delivery.
